Sacituzumab ELISA Kit

Description: This assay employs the quantitative competitive enzyme immunoassay method. A microplate is pre- coated with recombinant Human TACSTD2. Standards or samples are mixed with a biotin-labeled antibody and added to the wells. Sacituzumab in the sample competes with the biotin-labeled Sacituzumab for binding to the pre-coated protein. After washing away any unbound substances, Streptavidin-HRP is introduced. Following another wash to remove any unbound enzyme reagent, a substrate solution is added, leading to color development that is inversely proportional to the amount of Sacituzumab bound in the initial step. The reaction is stopped, and the color intensity is measured.
