HRSV F0 Fusion Glycoprotein Antigen ELISA Kit

Description: This assay employs the quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay (ELISA) technique for the determination of HRSV F0 Fusion Glycoprotein antigen in serum and plasma samples. An antibody specific to HRSV F0 Fusion Glycoprotein antigen is pre-coated onto a microplate, and standards or samples are added, allowing any HRSV F0 Fusion Glycoprotein antigen present to bind to the immobilized antibody. After washing away unbound substances, a biotin-labeled detection antibody specific to HRSV F0 Fusion Glycoprotein antigen is introduced, followed by another wash step and the addition of Streptavidin-HRP, which binds to the biotin-labeled antibody. After a final wash to remove unbound enzyme reagent, a substrate solution is added, leading to color development proportional to the amount of HRSV F0 Fusion Glycoprotein antigen in the sample. The reaction is then stopped, and the color intensity is measured spectrophotometrically to determine the protein concentration.
