Ipilimumab ELISA Kit

Description: This assay utilizes a quantitative competitive enzyme immunoassay method. A microplate is pre-coated with recombinant Human CD152. Standards or samples are first mixed with a biotin-labeled antibody before being added to the wells. Ipilimumab in the sample competes with the biotin-labeled Ipilimumab for binding to the pre-coated protein. After unbound substances are washed away, Streptavidin-HRP is introduced into the wells. Following another wash to remove excess enzyme reagent, a substrate solution is added, resulting in color development that isinversely proportional to the amount of Ipilimumab bound in the initial step. The reaction is then stopped, and the color intensity is measured.
