Anti-Semaglutide Neutralizing Antibody ELISA Kit

Description: This kit uses a Competitive-ELISA detection method. The supplied microtiter plate is pre-coated with anti- Semaglutide Neutralizing antibody. Samples or standards are first mixed with a biotin-labeled Semaglutide Neutralizing antibody working solution, and the mixture is added to the plate wells. During incubation, the Semaglutide Neutralizing antibody in the sample or standard competes with the fixed amount of biotin- labeled antibody for binding sites on the plate. Unbound material and excess conjugate are removed by washing, after which HRP–Streptavidin (SABC) is added and incubated. Next, TMB substrate solution is introduced, and the resulting enzyme–substrate reaction is stopped with a Stop Solution. The color intensity is measured at 450 nm using a spectrophotometer. The concentration of Semaglutide Neutralizing antibody in the sample is determined by comparing its optical density (OD) to the standard curve, with concentration being inversely proportional to the OD450 value.
