Pembrolizumab ELISA Kit

Description: This kit uses an Indirect ELISA detection method. The supplied 96-well microtiter plate is pre-coated with the target antigen. Standards and samples are then added, followed by incubation. After washing to remove unbound material, an HRP-conjugated detection antibody is introduced. Excess antibody is washed away, and TMB substrate solution is added to visualize the HRP-catalyzed reaction. The reaction produces a blue color, which changes to yellow after adding the Stop Solution. The optical density (OD) is measured at 450 nm using a spectrophotometer. The concentration of the target antigen in the sample is positively correlated with the OD450 value and is determined by comparison to the standard curve.
