Japanese Encephalitis Virus Envelope protein E ELISA Kit

Description: This kit is based on a quantitative sandwich ELISA. Standards and samples are added to a pre-coated microplate, where JEV Envelope protein binds to the antibodies coated to the microplate. After incubation and washing, enzyme-conjugated detection reagents are added sequentially, followed by a colorimetric substrate. The resulting optical density (OD) is positively correlated with the concentration of JEV Envelope protein in the sample. The JEV Envelope concentration is determined by interpolation from the standard curve.
