Alternative Name | Melanoma differentiation-association protein-like protein, NG.1 |
Species | Human |
Source | E. coli |
Description | IL19 belongs to the IL-10 family of proinflammatory cytokines, which is composed of IL10, IL19, IL20, IL22, IL24, and IL26. IL19 is mainly expressed in monocytes and binds to the IL20 receptor complex which leads to the activation of the signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3). It also performs up-regulation of IL6 and TNF-alpha and apoptosis induction, thus signifying its role in inflammatory responses. |
Accession | Q9UHD0 |
Functions | The ED50 is 0.5-1.5 ng/mL as determined by a cell proliferation assay with the use of transfected BaF3 mouse pro-B cells with human IL-20R? and human IL-20R? |
Formulation | Lyophilized from a 0.2 ?m filtered solution in PBS (with BSA as a carrier protein) |
Solubility | Reconstitute in sterile PBS at 10μg/mL (containing at least 0.1% human or bovine serum albumin) |
Appearance | Lyophilized Powder |
